Abstract
Sjogren¡¯s syndrome is an autoimmune disorder that¡¯s characterized by dry eyes and dry mouth, and this is due to
lymphocytic infiltration of the lacrimal and salivary glands. The skin lesions in Sjogren¡¯s syndrome usually manifest
with xeroderma, pruritus and pigmentation, but sometimes the lesions appear as annular erythema. Patients with
Sjogren¡¯s syndrome rarely display fever, with the exception of the cases that show complicated illness such as
lymphoma. We report here on a case of a 27-year-old woman who was diagnosed with Sjogren¡¯s syndrome, and she
showed signs of annular erythema and a fever of an unknown origin.
